AnimoFolio Beta Terms

The Beta service

AnimoFolio helps creative professionals build, manage, and share portfolios. Beta features, limits, availability, and pricing may change as reliability and creator feedback are evaluated.

You must be legally able to enter these terms and meet the minimum age required in your location. Accounts are personal unless a future Studio team feature explicitly allows additional members.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your work. You grant AnimoFolio a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, resize, display, and deliver content only as needed to operate and promote your selected public portfolio features.

You must own or have permission to publish projects, music, footage, client names and logos, testimonials, links, and other uploaded material. You are responsible for confidentiality commitments made to clients.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, malicious, exploitative, privacy-invasive, rights-infringing, or technically harmful material. Do not bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, scrape private data, interfere with the service, or use client-inquiry tools for spam.

Risk signals do not automatically ban creators. Material restrictions should be reviewed, documented with a reason, and support an appeal path before general availability.

Plans, storage, and AI credits

Plans may limit projects, storage, AI credits, themes, domains, analytics, tailored portfolios, and team access. Limits shown at checkout or in account settings form part of the selected plan.

AI credits are product usage units, not money or stored value. They may reset by billing cycle, expire, or be adjusted to correct errors, refunds, abuse, or provider failures. We will not market an unlimited AI plan while provider cost is usage-based.

Paid subscriptions and cancellation

Paid checkout remains gated during Beta. Before commercial activation, the final price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, refund rules, Merchant of Record, and cancellation flow will be displayed before purchase.

When enabled, cancellation at period end should preserve paid access until the displayed end date, then safely fall back to the Free entitlements. Failed or reversed payments may pause paid benefits according to the final billing policy and applicable law.

AI results and professional decisions

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to other output. Review every result before publishing and do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or rights-clearance decisions.

Suspension, deletion, and availability

We may rate-limit, restrict, or suspend activity when reasonably needed to protect creators, clients, providers, or infrastructure. Account deletion has a 30-day review window; creators should export data and retain original media before deletion.

Beta is provided for evaluation and can experience interruption or data-processing errors. Final warranties, service levels, liability limits, indemnity, dispute process, governing law, and commercial termination terms require qualified legal review.
